Product Formulation & Development

Through our extensive expertise in product formulation we can assist you with your product development needs. We can also help you write your product specifications and ensure regulatory approval and compliance for your product (including registration with TGA through our third party associates).

 

Product Manufacturing and Packaging

By leveraging our long-term relationships, we engage market leading GMP contract manufacturers in Australia on your behalf to ensure products are manufactured and packaged using strict quality control procedures according to regulations set out by the Australian government. Quality raw materials are sourced from around the world which are tested and validated for quality and purity. For ARTG Listed products, we use reputable TGA licenced manufacturers. Labelling can also be checked to ensure compliance with regulations.

Product Testing

To fully characterize your formulation, we can assist you conduct tests to assess purity, stability, product composition and overall formulation performance. We can also help to optimize the manufacturing process for efficient clinical and commercial scale-up.

 

Product stability testing

Stability information is vital for initial product registration and/or Product Quality Review (PQR). We can arrange to test your product’s shelf life under the influence of a variety of pre-agreed stability protocols including various temperature and humidity conditions. We can also arrange for your product stability to be tested externally under full ICH guidelines by a TGA licensed testing house.
