If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong product, we will gladly exchange your purchase upon receipt of the returned product within 30 days if it is unopened. Please reach out to us via the Contact page for details on how to exchange the product. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any opened products. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned/exchanged goods unless the item(s) being returned are faulty or a result of our error. We take care in packaging all orders securely, however, occasionally packages may be damaged whilst in transit, and therefore we do not offer refunds on products if its package is damaged. Please reach out via the Contact page to obtain details on how to make a claim for refund or exchange. 

All claims are individually assessed and all approved returns are credited back to the original credit card used to make the purchase.

Delivery is $15 AUD to anywhere within Australia for the first 5 kg satchel by weight. Smaller items will be shipped all over Australia at a $10 AUD flat rate fee per item. Shipping over $100 purchases will be free. If you require international shipping, please contact us so that we can discuss your needs. 

All Australian orders are delivered by Australia Post. You will receive an email from us with an Aust. Post tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. The majority of orders typically arrive within 5 - 7 working days. If you do not receive your order after 10 days of receiving our email or text, please contact us via the contact us page. Your personal information (name address and telephone details) will be used, as provided by you, by Australia Post to deliver your package.

A customer has 30 days to claim for any goods not received to the provided address.
